Answers to questions like this are not always obvious. I am not a mechanic, but I am sure there is a fuse in the fuse box that protects the wiring to the radio. But there may also be an inline fuse anywhere from there to where the wire enters the radio. A fuse of this sort would very often, if it exists, be found quite close to the radio or associated equipment (if any exists). I would proceed by removing the radio to see if there is an inline fuse behind it.
If everything is factory, a detailed vehicle wiring diagram will show whether a fuse was part of the original assembly. But this wiring diagram can be rather complicated to understand even to experienced electricians. == Sparkfighter
