Is the statutes of limitations in Arizona for credit card debt 3yrs or 6yrs you have found websites that say some AZ judges consider it 6 yrs instead of 3 dispite the federal truth in lending statutes?

Answer:

Answer

Not having any idea of which sites you are referring, it is not possible to give an opinion on a judicial decision (although I am guessing this might be an appellate action). Nevertheless, Arizona SOL for open accounts such as credit cards is three (3) years from the DLA. For written contracts it is six(6) years for in-state and four(4) years for out-of-state. Domestic judgments are five(5) years with a five(5) year renewal.
