Is the term 'bitch' considered profanity when used to describe a person?

Protected question

Answer

It's the same as calling someone a female dog. Not necessarily a cuss word but certainly an insult in the extreme. The term has evolved to the point that it is considered by many to be very very very very bad. But smarter people say go home.
