Yes. It can be replaced but this will take a fair amount of time. Simply remove any parts that are in the way and then unbolt and remove it. Clean all gasket mating surfaces, then put everything back together as it was before but using the new housing. This part is likely to be available only at a dealership as it is rarely replaced. The water pump housing is not a wear item and generally only becomes damaged after prolonged use with a severely damaged water pump.
