U may find some aftermarket units. how much are u pulling? Please remember that these vans do not have good suspension to begin with, by which I mean brakes! If u get into a panic stop situation, can your van handle the extra weight and the pushing that a small trailer will exert on it. How many miles on the van, any new parts in the front? springs, struts, brakes, rotors? Let me know what u are dealing with!
