Is there a Biblical obligation to give to a sluggard someone who has a life time pattern of not working?

Answer:
No. The Bible says "If a man will not work, he shall not eat." 2 Thessalonians 3:10
We are to give the needy what they need. A sluggard does not need help.
If one of your countrymen becomes poor and is unable to support himself among you, help him... Lev. 25:35
