Yes there is a Sailor Pluto on Sailor Moon. Her English Human name is Trista Meioh and her Japanese Human name is Setsuna Meioh even though in Japan it would be written as Meioh Setsuna. She has greenish hair, a staff and can bend time for just a little. She is in the Outer Sailor Scout team along with Sailor Saturn, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. She is the first Outer Scout to be seen, first shown in Season 3. She is very close friends with Sailor Mini Moon, Sailor Moon's daughter because Sailor Pluto help guide her through time from the 30th century to the 20th to find Sailor Moon, not knowing then that was her mother.
