No. there is not and will not be a third movie. if you have seen the second movie you will notice that they took different parts from the remaining three books and condensed it all into the second and last movie...

∙ 15y agoI recently just went and saw the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 in theaters. I also own all four Sisterhood Books the first one being Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, the second being The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, the third titled Girls in pants, and the fourth known as Forever In Blue. Having read all of these books numerous times, I know exactly what happens in the lives of Tibby, Bridget, Lena, and Carmen. The way they ended the movie with them all in Greece searching for the lost traveling pants happened in the fourth book. The ending to the second movie, is the ending to the fourth and final book of the series by Ann Brashares. So to answer your question, no there isn't a possibility of there being a third Sisterhood movie unless the directors come up with their own story because Ann Brashares completed her series with Forever in Blue and does not plan to make a fifth.

∙ 15y agoHi! I'm sad to say no. There will not be a fourth or even a third installment in the movies. Instead the second movie will be the fourth book with pieces of the second and third books so not to confuse anybody. I hope they know that by doing this, they are disappointing many of there fans.

∙ 12y agoYes, there is. The first book in the series is called Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Then it's The Second Summer of the Sisterhood, Girls in Pants, and lastly, Forever in Blue. The first movie was based on the first book and the second movie is based on all three of the last books (but mainly the fourth one.) Recently Ann Brashares also wrote a fifth book titled Sisterhood Everlasting.
