There is no direct bus service to BKH(BukitKayuHitam) from the airport. You'll have to:
1. get a taxi from the airport (taxi counter) direct to Thailand border after Malaysian Immigration at BKH. Cost-RM55/one way. Journey time-45 to 50min.
2.get a taxi from airport to Alor Setar bus station, take HBR line to Changlun and taxi/motorbike ride to BKH Malaysian immigration checkpoint(8km from Changlun)- overall cost will be around RM30 but total journey will take 3-4hours.
