Is there a cooling off period to return a new car to a dealer? In: Car Buying |
[Edit] |
Answer
Your question is very vague and not sure what you mean by a "cooling off" period. If you mean you just bought it, changed your and want to return it, by law, as I remember, you have three business days to cancel, period. But don't hold me to it.
edit: As far as I can find out online, this "cooling off" period is a myth. Does not exist.
