For livestock, if you catch them early enough (which is very rare), the only way to treat anthrax is with massive doses of penicilin and tetracyclines. However by the time the symptoms are seen, it is a 99% chance that you are acting too late. So in other words, no, there is no treatment nor cure for anthrax in livestock.
