Is there a detailed map of the stalag luft iv death march from jan - may 1945?

My father kept track of all the towns and distances his group took during this forced march. He also traced in out on a map.

I'm currently building website of his story. I've gotten some of the march info posted (http://home.comcast.net/~hansonj4/RFHanson/wwii/pow_forced_march_log.html). I plan to post the map also.
