Well, I have recently used those Japanese formulated Kinoki Detox foot pads, and they work, so I would suggest trying those. They are about $20 US Dollars and you can find them at stores like Walgreens.

These pads do indeed work quite well for their intended purpose. What you need to realize, however, is that their intended purpose is to separate gullible fools from their money.
