No. In the United States., less than 1% of flights have an air marshal. With approximately 44,000 commercial flights operating every day across the U.S., it’s impossible for the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) to place an air marshal on every flight.
So how does FAMS decide which flights to assign an air marshal to? They use risk assessment software that analyzes the probability of threat based on the aircraft, departure city, flight path, destination cities, and the amount of fuel onboard.
No, Federal Air Marshal's work in teams with a minimum of 2 agents. There are about 27,319 domestic flights daily. Assuming the minimum number of agents were on every flight there would need to be 54,638 Air Marshals working around the clock 7 days a week. So to account for normal working hours as well as administrative and support agents the FAMS would need to employ well over 100,000 agents.
Placing Air Marshal's on EVERY flight is just not feasible. They are placed on flights that have a high probability of attack or are heading into or out of the area of special events (Super Bowl, Olympics, presidential visits, etc.).

The highest rank attainable in the IAF is "Marshal of the Indian Air Force" conferred by the President of India only after exceptional service (Equivalent to Field Marshall in the Indian Army). MIAF Arjan Singh is the only officer to have achieved this rank. The head of the Indian Air Force, called the Chief of the Air Staff, is currently Air Chief Marshal Fali Homi Major.
Depends who it is signed by obviously, but I sold a copy of this print - signed by Dambuster pilot Flight Lieutenant (later Air Marshal) Harold "Mickey" Martin and Air Marshal Arthur "Bomber" Harris and the artist - in 2006 for £500. It sold to a specialist collector in Canada.
