I've never heard of such a room at the Blackstone, but a guest did die under mysterious circumstances in the 1920s at the Congress Hotel.

The door that would have been numbered 666 has been locked & sealed, and the people working at the front desk claim not to know why may have become commingled over the years and transposed to the Blackstone.

So those who ask may be mistaking the Congress Hotel with the Blackstone Hotel.

Yes! I stayed in a room last week and the following happened:

1. Something whispered in my ear the first night and I saw a shadow disappear into the bath room.

2. I was pushed twice on the shoulder. It didn't feel like hands, but just a force.

3. I saw it two times the night before I had them move my room.

Room 2134 was freakishly cold and in the middle of the night on her 3rd night of the stay, the guest woke at 2AM with a creepy feeling. She felt as if someone was watching her. She slept with the lights on. Lovely hotel, but happy to check out.
