Generally, this is a state legal issue. Find the age after which the adopted child can search for a biological parent in the state where you live.It is important for a child to understand the biological implications of his or her body, and half that medical information comes from the biological mother.Adoptive parents may want to 'protect' a child from information about its biological parents, for whatever reason, but biological details may not be unreasonably withheld.YES THIS IS TRUE BUT SOMETIMES THE PARENTS AREN'T ALLOWED TO SHOW YOU ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR BIOLOGICAL PARENT THE STATE WONT LET THEMthere is no law determined to adopted parents that says what information is to give to a adopted children.
If your parents allow you too and your biological mother is willing.
You can't, they will. You do not give your age so I can offer nothing further.
The child cannot choose to return until she has reached eighteen years of age.
Any age with parental permission. Eighteen if they are against it.
Not until you are of legal age.
Not until they have reached the adult age in their state or country, usually 18.
There are multiple reasons why adopted children should not be allowed to contact their biological parents, however this is dependent on the reasons why the children was put into foster/adoptive care. For example, some children are removed from their biological parent's care due to a matter of them not being able to care for the child, they may have broken the law are not fit to have the child. Considering this, the child, at the age of 18 are allowed to look into their biological parents if they wish. This is because they will no longer need permission. Many children choose not to do this as they settle with the adoptive families and feel no reason to contact their biological parents. Some children are placed for adoption as their parents feel it is the better option for the well being of the child. However, in these case the parents often opt for an open adoption which is designed so that the biological parents are still allowed relatively regular contact with their child. In this case, i believe it is fully acceptable for the child to have contact with the parent As long as the biological parent did no wrong by the child, i believe they should be able to contact their parents
In most States at the age of 18 years old the teen is no longer a minor, but an adult. Also at the age of 18 and in some States the 18 year old may try to find their biological parents.
They cannot keep you against your will. In Australia it is up to you where you wish to live once you have reached that age.
Humans are social animals we follow or imitate others that we like or don't like If you were cared for 3 years by your biological parents you will always remember them, the way they were, how they treated you and so on. You as a human will most likely take the traits of your foster parents, no matter if you were raised for 3 years by your biological parents.
