Jehovah's Witnesses do not have a list of prayers already spelled by rote for any situation, including funerals or death. We believe that all prayers should be from the heart of the one praying, and we feel that if the prayer is already dictated by someone else, then it is likely not going to be a heartfelt expression between the person praying and God. If a person wishes to pray to God, they should open up their heart and speak to God as if they are speaking to a Father, because He is our heavenly Father.
