Is there a one meal a day diet? |
[Edit] |
Answer
I am sure there may be one somewhere that someone invented but please consider the following: it is difficult to get the nutrients you need for ideal health in one meal a day. When you resort to these types of diets, you risk compromising nutritional status of your body. For example, bones need calcium, your brain needs a steady supply of simple carbohydrates for its best performance and your blood needs iron.
It is better to eat two or three meals a day. If you want to reduce your intake, eat smaller meals. Eating this type of diet will help you get much needed nutrients.
