The passwords are the same as the 8-digit code found on the bottom-left of cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. You can find lists on websites like GameFAQs which have all of the passwords.
You can obtain specific cards via their passcode under the "Password" section. Note that all monsters with a Ritual Spell Card cannot be obtained as a card by themselves via password or as a Spoil....
