All pool chemicals will do the job, the problem is you are not circulting the water on a regular basis, I understand your problem, no chemical is going to do what you want it to do. once again without filtering your water in the pool, it would cost you less to dump the water out when needed clean the pool and put fresh water in and let the children have fun.
