yes, the certificates are printed by Tiffany Publishing Company located in Norfolk Va. http://tiffanypublishing.com QM

Certificates are also available from the United States Naval Institute. Many ships had certificates specially printed to their own design. Of course you can buy a replacement but it won't have all the "official signatures" on it that your original had.

If the yeomen/personnelmen on your ship were sharp they would have placed a photocopy of your certificate in your service record. If you're still on active duty that should be easy to check; if you're retired you'll have to request a copy from the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis
