University of Colorado, Boulder Colorado;

Western Washington University, Bellingham, Washington;

University of California, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara CA;

University of Nebraska, Lincoln Nebraska;

California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA;

And of course any of the ivy league colleges in the eastern US.

Additionally, the University of Vermont has a few great spots where people really appreciate original music.
