After I was diagnosed a few years ago, my doctor sent me for physical therapy and the therapis made me a hard splint to wear while sleeping. The absolute BEST part was the sleeve I had to wear over my arm before putting on the splint. It was a flesh colored sleeve, like the lining of a cast, and it had a squishy gel pad built in which rested over the outside of the elbow and prevented any ZINGS while my nerve was trying to heal. I wore that thing OUT and have just made my own version. DON'T laugh ... cut the toe end off an old sock and slip it over your arm. Now tuck a travel-size pack of tissues (maxi pad works well also) inside the sleeve and cover your outer elbow with it. It REALLY protects you, and with a long-sleeve shirt no one will know what it's made it of!
