my son when he was 17 his senior year of high school him and a friend did some spray painting/vandalism. This was well over a year ago.

It happened in Oak Creek Wisconsin when we lived in Franklin Wisconsin. We move shortly after to Muskego Wisconsin.

His friend got a ticket from Oak Creek last year and says he did it himself.

1) Why is Franklin knocking on our door today and demanding my son goes down to the Franklin police dept.

2) Can I demand to be present when being questioned?

3) should he not admitt to anything unless he has an attorney

4) If so will they just charge him and give him a ticket?

Wyoming's statute of limitations are very basic and simple. They have decided that no statute of limitations shall apply to any criminal prosecution. So there is no limit to when vandalism charges can be brought.
