Propaganda is part object (information being disseminated by TV, Newspaper, leaflet, radio, etc...) and process (inculcation) for the specific purpose of changing attitudes, perception, beliefs, etc....

As such it has no direct or equivalent opposite.

The closest thing that comes to mind is the "scientific method"; A strict objective investigation based on well defined and quantitative rules and approaches which minimizes references to morales and beliefs, and focuses on verifiable hypothesis's

Unfortunately in the area of politics and morality the use of the "scientific method" has significant short commings as these areas tend not to have very crisply defined constraints to allow for objective and quantitative assessment.
