No, there is no true test. You NEVER know who you are talking too or how old the person may be. Many stalkers, child snatchers, and murderers of young men and women can talk just like the younger people can. I live in British Columbia, Canada and there is a certain part of the police department that does nothing but track these types of people.

These degenerates will have a young girl (or young man) believe they are in love with them and seduce them online, often enticing usually young women to take off their clothes. Often kiddy porn is involved.

Just because they tell you they live in a certain area or email you a picture of themselves doesn't mean that's the same person or even the area they truly are living in.

Stay off the computer regarding talking to strange guys and get out and date the good old fashion way.
