Is there a virus that can blow up your computer?

[Edit]

Answer

Not yet i suppose BUT viruses can freeze a computer and do all kinds of damage

Answer

No. But virus infections can cause loss of your data, transfer of your data to other machines, "monitoring" of your machine by another or others, or the introduction of advertising or other information you did not put there or may not wish to see. They can also trash your operating system and do other software damage that can cause your machine to fail to function and make it unusable.
