Cardiovascular exercise is the only way to reduce fat. You can't "spot remove" fat on the hips, calves, butt, etc. Losing weight through cardio and weight training exercises that focus on the calves will give them a lot more definition though.
No there is no easy way to get rid of abdominal fat. You have to go to a gym and work out on those abs. Get one of the pros at the gym to sit down with you and get a set of effective exercises to do....
