There should be an after action report in the National Archives (NARA). There are at least two places to look: One is the large set of files of MACV headquarters which has chronological after action reports. (Note that some of the reports for the Tet '68 period were withdrawn over the years for various purposes, and not refiled properly). The other is NARA's file on Team 24. Some MACV team files are more complete than others, but there ought to be a report in there, plus possibly intel reports, province reports, etc. One other place to ask is the U.S. Historian's office at Fort McNair, which may have a copy.
Naval actions and covert operations (which included some of the naval actions) were conducted against North Vietnam prior to 1965. The first "real" official (offensive) action against North Vietnam was in 1965, when the US launched an AIR CAMPAIGN against North Vietnam, titled "Operation Rolling Thunder."
Without knowing the actions there is no way to know which is taken my an offensive player. Providing the actions would be helpful .

The 1968 Tet Offensive was a military victory for South Vietnam and a psychological victory for North Vietnam. Although the South Vietnamese and U.S. forces were able to repel the offensive and regain control of the areas that were initially attacked, the surprise and scale of the offensive showcased the resilience and determination of the North Vietnamese forces, eroding public support for the war effort in the United States.
13,095 U.S Marines were wounded in action during the Vietnam War.
The plural of action is actions.

An advisory meeting might be a meeting of all employees to inform them about upcoming things. A managerial meeting is a meeting of managers to discuss courses of action for a business.
The best course of action is to keep an eye on the weather and the potential hazard. If you see conditions becoming hazardous or if the advisory is upgraded to something more serious then you should take the action such as evacuating or taking cover.
