Is there an IT trade union?

Answer:
Yes and No. The AFL-CIO has designated the Communication Workers of America to organize IT. However, there is only one such organization, Washtech, in WA. There is no national organizing drive to organize in IT.

That said, it is possible for you to start a union or a workers' organization.
