Is there any significance to the Playboy bunny having one ear facing down? |

Playboy is a men's magazine started by Hugh Hefner in 1953. It's supposedly a pornographic magazine, but it really isn't... it contains some nude photos, but it contains a lot more "what suit should you wear" features. Basically, if you took "GQ" or "Esquire" and put a few nude women in it, you'd have "Playboy."
Back to the original question... I did a search and found out the Gangster Two Six Nation, a very violent street gang in Chicago, uses a Playboy bunny with a downturned right ear as a logo.
The connection with that is Hugh Hefner's first mansion was in Chicago. The street it's on is now named after him.
