Nothing the rest of the military doesn't get. What the benefits were have probably changed since I enlisted in 98, and your local recruiter would be the best person to talk to on this matter.

Are you an officer who is 'resigning his commission? PCS (Permanent Change of Station) orders are transfers from one military organization to another. Enlisted persoonel do not "resign" from the military they are discharged, which is a completely different type of order.

Upon graduation, they return to regular duty as a second lieutenant with a college degree as well.
