Is there any way to tell approximately how old a mouse is if it's not a baby?

[Edit]

Answer

Usually just like a dog, by their little teeth. They are gnawing animals so if their teeth are bigger, but sharp or slightly worn down they are no longer a baby. You can always ask your veterinarian. Mice live normally for 2 years, but some can live slightly longer.
