If you are on the pill, you can skip it.

Depo

If you take the shop depo provera (not sure on spelling) you will not have a period while on that form of birth control. You would have to take a shot 4 times a year.

There is also a drug called Norethisterone (not contraceptive) that you take three times a day starting a few days before you are due on - it stops you from coming on completely until you stop taking the tablets. You'll need a prescription from your doctor.
