No there is no way to shrink yourself. If you are a girl then you'll be happy to know that to qualify to be a model you must be 5' 7" tall and there are lots of models out there so you are not alone in your height. Tall women look fantastic and wear their clothes well and are striking to look at. I have a girlfriend that is 6' tall, with auburn hair, green eyes and a real knock-out. My niece was your height for years and has leveled off at that height. If you are a guy then 5' 10" is average height and why wouldn't a guy want to be tall if they can be. My husband is 6' 6" tall! ----- Don't sweat it! There's no reason to feel the need to shrink. I'm 5' 10 too, yay tall people, and have been since I was 14. I'm a girl, and love being tall, because I can gain weight and have no one notice, my clothes fit me much better than they do my 5'2 best friends, and I'm an instant eye catcher. If you're a guy, you're still a great height. Either way, you will be average by the time you hit senior year of high school. Until then, just love your height and accept it.

You would multiply 510 by 1.2 to get your answer. The idea is: 510 plus twenty percent of 510 would be 1 X 510 + .2 X 510. Factoring out the 510 from each of these terms you get 510 (1 + .2)
