There are many websites similar to WikiAnswers, but none of them are necessarily "Better" overall. Quora has more features than WikiAnswers, but not as large of a user base. Questions asked on Aardvark are usually answered much faster on than on WikiAnswers, but you can't search for questions on it that have already been answered. Different Q&A websites exist, but they all have their advantages and disadvantages.
WikiAnswers, like any other question website, is free for anyone to contribute to, and so of course cannot guarantee the accuracy of every answer. However, the answers on WikiAnswers are free for anyone to look at and they have helped many times.
WikiAnswers is a good one, but you may consider www.nationalgeographic.com for social studies, and for language arts, your textbooks website howstuffworks.com is really good for information way better than the others

No, WikiAnswers has never had any children. And, as a website, I don't think it capable of mothering, except in a very symbolic way.
WikiAnswers is not website to solicit job offers.

Presumably someone asked this because WikiTree.com has the same creator as WikiAnswers, Chris Whitten. Of course, this is a subjective question which can't easily be answered in a forum like this. Besides, WikiTree is completely different from WikiAnswers. WikiAnswers is for asking and answering questions on any topic. WikiTree is for growing your family tree.
