Doing exercise is the hardest, but the best way of speeding up your metabolism. You can take ephedrine suppliments, drink lots of water helps with metabolism. Also if you eat a diet consisting mainly of protein, using only carbohydrates with a low Glycaemic Index or GI just after exercising, like green vegetables, low starch carbs such as wholemeal bread, brown rice etc avoiding potatoes, white rice/bread etc. Combine this with as you said green tree extract, you'll be well on your way. Also try cider apple vinegar extract instead of green tea if you're sick of it.
