Yes it will, more running programs, slower the computer. And it will interfere with each other, may cause problems, and you will possible have a higher chance of getting a virus than just having one antivirus

Yes, because if you have 2 installed its not as likely to pick up viruses and it might detect the other anti-virus program as a virus.

Even more likely is the fact that anti-virus companies don't like you using a competitor, so if you install two or more on your PC your machine will stop working and you will need to restart it.

Both programs are competing to perform the same task and will take up more resources than necessary. They will eventually freeze your computer and you will need to restart it.

Decide which anti virus you want to use and un-install the other. The fact is most reputable anti-virus software is on par with all of its competitors, because it would not be commercially or financially sensible to lag behind them.

Some anti-viruses don't even allow 2 to be running simultaneously, as they can conflict with each other. I would therefore suggest only having one anti-virus installed on a single computer. You can, however, still have software such as Spybot: Search & Destroy running with an anti-virus for extra protection.

Does Kodak easyshare software use downloader swizzor?

I had the same question. My AVG AntiVirus program said that it detected the Downloader.Swizzor tojan in the Kodak EasyShare update file from 2006-12-25, and in the bin/easyshare.exe program file. However, No, evidently AVG AntiVirus is wrong. A certain version of the AVG database incorrectly identified several benign programs as containing Swizzor when they don't.
