Is there freewill in heaven?

Answer:
Well, first hi. I think you are asking, is there freedom in heaven such as to do what you would like. I will try to explain this a clearly as possible. Heaven, is where the father, the son, and then holy spirit live. These three are the holy trinity. Think of Jesus. He never sinned, never will. He never had, doesn't have, and never will have a stain in him. He is clean and pure. Matthew 28:18 "And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying," All authority has been given to me on heaven and earth.". As much as we can't say we understand the trinity because we are man, we should say though that God is the ruler of the heaven. He is God. Perfect. There is no time in heaven. It is forever.
When the believers and followers of the commandment of Christ die, and if they are chosen to go to heaven, their bodies shall be transformed in to heavenly clean unsinful bodies.
I heard a beautiful word once of a pastor. He said," God told the mountains move, and they moved. He said, 'Sea part in two' and it parted in two. Then he said 'people listen, come to me' but the people didn't listen. Why? Because God gave humans the ability to make decisions, should I do this or not (even though God doesn't want you to), should I follow Jesus..." One earth we have the ability of making decision's. We make sinful, and clean decisions. When Adam and Eve lived (before the sin came into this world) God guided them and told them what to do. They lived naked and didn't think of it as a sin until they sinned. They had changed and had become sinners, as we are. When God transforms us, we will follow his will, and only desire to worship and serve him. That will be our will because are souls will be changed. We will not want anything sinful. I hope you may have understood this. It was difficult for me to explain it but try to reread it if you don't get it the first-- or second time. God bless you.

Answer:

No... "God's will" is in heaven.

"God's Will" is what Jesus is bringing to the earth when He comes.

"...Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."
(Matt.6:10)

"Free will" as many men assume to mean: "doing anything you want without conscience or moral responsibility to our Creator or ourselves"... has brought the world to its present perilous state, headed toward the prophesied "Great Tribulation." It's a "Godless" attitude of self-gratuitous vanity that shall, with all of man's works, be Judged in the Last Day for what it is -- evil.

"...God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." (Gen.6:5)

God's Will in heaven: Awe, Love and the utmost Respect for the Creator of life... the "Master" of the universe... is ingrained in the heavenly creatures mentioned in God's Word.

"A voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye His servants, and ye that fear Him, both small and great..." (Rev.19:5).

Revelation 19 is the prophecy of the moment of Jesus' return to the earth with God's Kingdom. The time when "God's Will" shall be done in earth, as it already is in heaven:

"...I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters [ever been to Niagra Falls?], and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready." (verses 6-7)

Men of "free will" in this world have dispensed with the "Will of God" in their marriages.

In marriage, as God created it... the husband represents Jesus Christ:

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it..." (Eph.5:25).

Man's "free will" has dropped God's Will "obedience" from the woman's marriage vow.

"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord... Therefore as the church [God's Wife] is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing." (verses 22-24)

There is only "God's Will" in heaven -- the joyful, delightful privilege of pleasing our Father by doing what every father requires of his children... fear, love, respect and obedience; and wants only peace, happiness and success in life for them.

That's what Jesus is bringing to earth when He returns. Man's idea of "free will": rebellion, disrespect and "evil thoughts and imaginings continually" doesn't fly in heaven.

"God's Will" in heaven is coming to earth.

Without free will there can not be love. God is love, therefore has free will. man has free will in order to love God [we're not robots, being so produces no free will or love]. There will be free will in heaven in order to love God. We will be able to do whatever, whenever we want, but it will be sinless.
