Yes, there will be a larger iPod touch, about 7 inches by 9 inches. It will have 2 different camera models, depending on the price: 2 and 4 megapixels. The iPod will also have a microphone. 8 GB will be removed and replaced with 64GB, and the latest wifi and Bluetooth chips will come with it. Apple are attempting to convince 3rd parties to invent a gaming controller, iControl. This will clip to each side, and will work with the graphics card inside, which is capable of playing Playsration 3 or Xbox 360 Games. If you preorder the iPod touch, you receive a code which you enter on the App Store to get Halo 3: ODST, since Apple have agreed to modify Boot Camp for Microsoft, as long as Microsoft creates Halo 3:ODST for iPhone 3GS and the iPod touch Giant. ODST will be exacly as it is on Xbox 360, including the new achievements on firmware 3.1, like the Xbox. And yes, there will be Forge, since ODST is fully featured.
