Is there poverty in Canberra?

[Edit]

Answer

Yes, like any city, there is poverty in Canberra, though it may not be as obvious as in some other cities. As Canberra is the capital of Australia, the government makes greats pains to ensure that the city is well kept and beautiful. Although the further out of the city and the areas where there are no attractions such as Mawson, are more poverty stricken and there are growing fears of African gangs being started because of the lower Police patrol because of the non-existent attractions.

There are also homeless, who camp out under the bridges and other hidden areas.
