First off, there is nothing wrong with YOU, per se. One can't reliably answer this question because we don't really now how mature you may be.
The problem is the four year difference between YOU, a (presumably) 16 year old girl, and the typical 20 year old guy, is a lot more dangerous than it will be in, say four years, when you're 20 and the guys are 24.
The other side to this equation is that most guys at 16, are still nitwits. Their testosterone has completely overtaken their brains, and they won't come out from under the spell until they're about 23. So I can see why you're not thrilled with them.
Look for a nice guy maybe in the 17 or at most, 18 year age bracket - one may have outsmarted the testosterone wizard, and be not quite so bad...
