I don't know if they exist or not but I think I've read peoples minds before its not like seeing into their heads but getting a feeling what their thinking.....

There are differend beliefs about Indigos, some believe they have paranormal abilities like mind reading(I don't belive in mind reading, only if you predict what someone thinks or will do with your intellect but that's not considered mind reading) and some believe that they are just a group of children with similar behavior and interests.
