I've worked with Golden Gate Funding many times. They are a reputable company with strong work ethics. How can you say they are too good to be true? With over 1,000 Short Sale Negations and over $1 Billion in reduced debt. They are clearly the best company to work with in Short Sale negations. Option 1) Go to foreclosure and loose your house, your credit, dignity, etc. Not to mention sometimes taking 7-9 years to get a foreclosure off your credit record. 2)Do a Short Sale with Golden Gate. You sell your house to a end buyer. You could be eligible to purchase a new home within 24 months. Your credit will not be impacted near as much as a foreclosure. You can have dignity and tell your family and friends you sold your house. I wish more companies had the standards that Golden Gate has. Even Trump says they're the best in the business. I do think Trump knows something about real estate.
