Is tinker bell real?

There was a lady who modeled for the drawings of Tinker Bell. She was a nice lady in the 1940's when Peter Pan was being drawn. Peter Pan by Walt Disney Studios is a cartoon picture.

So at least the pictures of Tinker Bell are of a real lady who stood still to let them draw her.
