Is trading forex halal or haram?

Answer:
based on the Hokm : every loan that might lead to benifit the Lender is a Reba.
and from what I understood from the Halal Financial consultant of Ayaan Islamic financial he build his hokm that the Forex is haram since you being lended money to trade with (( Marginal Trading)).... for example : if you invested 10 000 and are dealing with 100 000 so the Forex Brokerage firm lended you 90 000 to do the trading .

you can send a question directly to them

I wont edit the above persons answer, but im sure (please check it again) as for the lending of the moneys from the broker, you are paying them a fee to use that loan, and there loan is not in and risk your money is, (thats most fx ecn brokers do)

I read the above article (http://vlib.unitarklj1.edu.my/htm/islamforex.htm), I DO NOT see 'Margins' discussed/explained in the article. I am interested in FOREX but have serious doubts on its permissibility. Please read 7th question (http://www.islamonline.net/LiveFatwa/English/Browse.asp?hGuestID=RIfoZL)
