It depends, but in nearly all cases no, it isn't. Tramadol is converted to O-Desmethyltramadol in your liver. They would have to include a specific test for O-Desmethyltramadol since it is not included on most drug screenings. If you have been suspected of using Tramadol, it may be included. Even so, the drug is out of your system within 24 hours, so you should be covered.
