it will b a fool decision if u go for that transfer. it was clearly mentioned in ugc letter that ur transfer will b invalid.. also sources said at hyd that ,if you want to get degree from d.dun or agartala then u have to start from 1st year.years you spent at other icfaitech centres viz....bangalore ,jaipur etc are waste...
