∙ 18y agoi definatly felt something different immediately after conception. mostly a fluttering feeling in my belly and period like cramps a weeks too early. I tested positive 10 days past ovulation.

They can also be symptoms of being overly stressed which can also affect your period. Well heartburn is definatley a symptom of pregnancy. As you do not get heartburn from stress!
