There are two basic types of vitamin D: Ergosterol is the basic building block of vitamin D in plants. Cholesterol is the basic building block of vitamin D in humans.

Vitamin A, C, E, B6, and very small amounts of B1 and B2. Potassium
ascorbic acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) and niacin
Bananas are very rich in Potassium. Potassium helps the kidneys funciton properly. It's also an electrolyte. They also have Vitamins A, B, C, and E.
